Joey Johnson

Joey's dad was in the air force, so he kind of grew up around airplanes. In college, he decided to take lessons, but then life hit and aviation was put on the back burner.  When Johnson started teaching, he would always have a tough time on airplanes due to some family medical issues, so he told his wife "there has to be a better way" and started looking at some planes of his own. Through encouragement from Angela (Joey's wife), he started taking flight lessons in Tea and he fell in love with aviation all over again. Joey has earned his private pilot, instrument rating, Commercial pilot, Commercial Multiengine, CFI (certified flight instructor), and CFII (certified flight instructor-instrument). Right now, he is focusing on getting his multi-engine instructor complete. This has always been and always will be a huge passion of his. Johnson agrees that this business is giving people tons of opportunities these days if they have an interest in it, and he is happily willing to help anyone who shares his passion.
